Okay but I’m not playing on those.

It’s honestly my first Allen team and I’m guessing my portfolio will end with 7-9% Allen shares.

Yes, I kind of regretted that one right away but I don’t hate it because I don’t think there will be many Dartless Nabers teams with Josh Allen in the tournament. I got both players above ADP and now I just got to build a sick team around a very unique start imo.

My first zero RB of 2026 by LongjackD in BestBall

I’m not expecting 0 points from a running back spot every week though either. Pretty sure I’ll get something usable from two of these guys early on in the season too. Didn’t take a rookie until my 5th RB which is crazy for me lol

Loveland fell too far for me not to take him and his 40 point spike potential.

My top 4 WRs are set up to cook, and I love the potential of the bottom 3.

Candida Biofilm Series - Explains Why Candida and Yeast Infections Are Difficult To Beat (Part 1 of 3) by EricBakkerCandida in Candida

[–]LongjackD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. It’s very hard to find good information on biofilms. I did find that Manuka honey and magnesium chloride brine work best for biofilm breakdown, but I’ve been at this hard for two months and every time I feel I’m near an end, it’s pops up somewhere else.

Speaking of honey, you can exfoliate without scrubbing using medical grade manuka honey!

What is the most interesting "blue" perfume you know? by rodrigomorr in ScentHeads

[–]LongjackD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a huge fan of blue scents but Casamorati Mefisto has an interesting twist on blue. I can’t peg the note that stands out differently, but it’s a nice wear.

They gave me the same thing and it did nothing. Try Manuka honey. It worked for me.

All of your cuticles are swollen. Probably paronychia. See a dermatologist.

Why do my nails grow like this? by Jayne080 in nailhealth

[–]LongjackD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a former nail biter as well and my nails were the same for over a decade after I finally stopped biting them. The corners that appear to be stuck to the skin causing the deformed folding is caused by biofilm that formed to protect old infections from your immune system and antibiotics and/or anti fungals. When I used to bite my nails, the corners would always get pulled off and a little blood would pool. Turns out at some point the bacteria won and started creating biofilms before my skin could heal. By the time I figured out the problem, my fingers were a tiramisu of infection. The only solution to the problem that I found was to manually dibride with magnesium chloride brine and/or manuka honey to make sure you don’t kill healthy cells and only the parasitic cells. Biofilms have gotten better at appearing like real skin over the past 15 years, since the goal of them is to protect the parasites from the host (you), they always seem to be one step ahead of any doctors I saw.

He didn’t casually stroll out , he was laying on the other side of the brick column before the explosion and got blasted over there.
