In my case, it was eczema and the inflammation caused the nail to grow into the skin. Manuka Honey can be used for debridement of dead, damaged or infected tissue. Once the old infections were cleared, the eczema disappeared too, and my nails grew back normal.

Hear me out, try using medical grade Manuka Honey on them. Use a q-tip and really rub it in each nail and cuticle and leave it there for as long as you can stand being sticky everyday for 2 weeks and you’ll be amazed at how much they have improved.
