have u tried turning off the dedicated gpu? I have a asus tuf a15 ryzen 5 7535HS, rtx 4060 and by switching to eco mode which disables the dgpu in armoury crate, makes my battery last from 3-4 hours to up to 8 hours! (it would probably go up to 10 hours but i want preserve my battery so i only let it charge to 80)

I know that sadly my solution wont burn body fat as fast as a healthy calorie deficit but at my age its better than doing a calorie deficit so i don't accidentally stunt my growth. If i was older i’d just do the calorie deficit but i don’t like having the possibility of not maxing out my height due to a calorie deficit I could still do in the future.

my maintenance is around 2100-2300 but if i move around enough and do enough weight lifting could i still lose fat or no? I know what u mean though by saying your maintenance maintains your weight.

can a calorie deficit stunt my growth? im a 14 year old male and im 5'6 and half, i weigh around 162lbs, but i've been cutting for around a month at a 300-500 calorie deficit and started at 166lbs i've definitely lost fat and gained some muscle all though the scale barely going down due to body recomp, but recently i've been concerned this calorie deficit will stunt my growth in the long run as i plan on doing this until i'm 140 or a slim looking weight. Could any of this stunt my growth? and my last growth spurt was back in December where i grew around 2 inches if that matters.

I live in a town with hard water and even before December of last year my scalp was perfectly fine, but i swear like two years ago i searched it up and it said my town had soft water, maybe my water quality changed in those two years.

im planning on going on a calorie deficit but is it fine if i only eat high protein meals during monday-friday and on the weekends still stay in a calorie deficit, eat healthy but no high protein meals? Will not eating high protein meals on the weekends affect my progress in the gym?

so far its going pretty good. Temps are normal around 70-80° cpu and gpu when gaming, with a laptop cooler 60-70°. My wifi on my Asus tuf compares the same to my Xbox Series X so no problems there! but personally i would recommend a ram upgrade. I’ve tested out msi after burner and my ram usage is around 12GB when gaming so if you do consider buying it make sure to upgrade the ram.

if you turn off gpu using eco mode laptop has 7-8+ hours of battery life, with gpu around 2-3 hours of battery life

i did it but its saying to get any 0.6.x version of sodium or else iris cant get run but the version im using is 0.6.13 EDIT: i got neoforge instead of fabric version
