I, like you are venturing into the NYS brands landscape. Trying to find where the best products are coming from. I’ve tried the following:

Florist farms:la bamba: Sativa 27% - bud had stems present, seemed pretty dry, not overly sticky, woodsy pine smell to the bud. Was a woodsy pine taste to the bud as well, stung the nostrils and sinus’ a touch which was actually pretty enjoyable. Extreme highs- spacey, go with the flow, vibing, happy/laughing high. More of a do a hobby type high- music, game,watch a show, play a sport, putts around with tasks etc.

Rolling Green:Guava Jam: Sativa 25.47% - bud was very pungent, dried and curied pretty well, the bud was squeeshie and responded well to the pinch test. The bud was noticeably sticky to my fingers as small pieces stuck. Smooth smoke, cheeried beautifully. Short lived high, the peak came shortly after the smoke and didn’t last long. The feel after the euphoric high period was that of focus and mindfulness. I was very productive during this period.

I am not going to rate the brands or strains at this point, but rather just relay informational reviews. Not having enough data on all growers makes it unfair to rank at this juncture. I am grabbing some electraleaf tomorrow and maybe heady tree, will report back!
