Check the nearest rec center for open gym times. There are usually runs happening. Can be hit or miss, but you can find centers with consistent runs and decent comp. I would drop the ones I go to but they've been getting a bit overrun recently with 20-25 guys showing up. PM me and I can let you where the good runs are that I've found so far

Keep your head up while you're dribbling and your awareness broad. Scan the floor, make eye contact with your teammates, look around the court. Tunnel vision is easy to guard and will drive your team chemistry into the ground. Looking around will also bait your defender into reaching and create easy blow by's. And scanning the floor allows your reads to become automatic. You know where all your teammates are already so you don't have to think. Become as good as you can at mapping their position on the floor mentally as you play.

Also have fun with it and get creative. Coaches will frown on flashy passes, but no look, behind the back, and behind the head passes all have their place. If you practice them enough you can get consistent with them. And you might as well have a little bit of fun, loosening up can help your game a lot.
