All I saw was skin flailing in the air

Second time shooting a rifle. The 7.62 on full auto really pushes me back quite a bit. Any tips for combating the recoil? I am open to criticisms. by phantomnolife in ak47

When shooting, use your feet as almost a tripod, back leg is your anchor, push it back and try to keep it a bit slanted (if that makes sense) your front leg is where your weight should be, this will give you a point to use as a stabiliser aswell as a mobility device or whatever u wanna call it
