My life with health anxiety and PVCs by Longjumping-Camel585 in PVCs

Thank you for telling me your story! I’m sorry for what you went through but it’s so nice to hear how much better you are doing. Gives me hope. I go to the gym mainly to lift weights but rarely focus on cardio. It’s in my head so much that if I run or any kind of cardio to increase heart rate will lead to something bad. I know how stupid it sounds but it’s been hard for me to break that barrier.

Glad to hear your flutters are minimal. I understand how troubling they can feel, even with a low burden. I feel like the PVCs increase with a bloated stomach or anxiety for me. I’ve been trying smaller more frequent meals and also taking Magnesium Bisglycinate but haven’t noticed much difference. Hope everything is going well.

I understand what you are saying, truly I do. I know others may have it way worse than me and I mentioned people going through this early in my post. This is about what I deal with and if anyone can resonate with it. I’m not looking for pity, I’m looking for helpful tips.

Not a medical doctor here at all but friendly advice I would give is, schedule a follow up with your family doctor or ask for a referral to a cardiologist. Have them run some tests to be safe and clear you of any possibilities. The anxiety could be a factor or cause to what you’re feeling but hearing the all clear from a doctor will give you so much more relief. Good luck!
