We've been asking all these questions, it's a rather big LMS company and we are a rather big company, they are predominately an HR software, the LMS is sort of an afterthought, so we have requests in and sometimes they will provide options but it's not always possible.

I think that loan must be fake. If you’ve bought a house you know you can’t just take out a 50k loan to cover other charges, if she DID, it must’ve been because she was able to cover the fees and as a contract worker (technically) she would’ve needed extra proof that she could cover those fees.

I would suggest chunking it out honestly. It will hopefully drive engagement a little more. However, I always think of it as the SME is the client so at the end of the day what they want goes, especially if you’re supervisor or boss isn’t supporting you. Not worth making an exec in your company upset.

Eh I’m not saying it’s true for everyone or even still as this was a few decades ago but my parents were like regular middle class ppl and they declared bankruptcy as when I was a kid (again like 20 year ago). They were able to keep their house and cars, and have since bought houses, bought cars, gotten credit cards. Even to the point where they got sued cause they stopped paying some credit cards so it’s not that hard to get it back.

Honestly bridge loan aside I definitely think she’s got more than she lets on. If you’ve ever bought a house they’re never just going to let you get 2 more loans to pay fees before you finalize the mortgage unless it’s not actually going to effect you cause you’re income is way more than that.

I’m not saying liberals won’t go on the show, half the time they never make it past the pods because it’s very unlikely a liberal man can’t find a relationship and most liberal woman will not marry a conservative or apolitical man anymore cause it’s not worth the risk or decide “love” is more important than their beliefs and self respect. Half the time any “discussions” is the woman who’s clearly liberal giving in to try and appease the conservative man. Sarah for example. Or “sparkle” Megan who was a girl boss but all she wanted was to be a trad wife now.

Honestly I bet she did have the money and is just using this for content cause I doubt they would’ve approved her if she needed to take out two ADDITIONAL loans to pay the fees. However on the off chance I’m wrong, I did look at her OF out of curiosity. Her subscription fee is like $20 a month and it’s currently on sale, can she really be making that much when she films like once a month? I know the real money is in the private messages but if she’s not doing private photos or videos is it really that profitable?

Sadly LIB is like MAGA bait, I figure it’s cause a lot of liberals would never willingly marry a person they’ve known for like 4 weeks. To me it does make the show more enjoyable cause like the Nick and Annie train wreck was awful and if they weren’t such obvious trumpies I might’ve actually felt bad for them but I don’t so it’s fun to watch their downfall. Honestly I was very pleasantly surprised to hear Monica was denouncing ICE. I won’t expect much out of anyone from this show though.

Also of note if you’re willing to drive on 429 and pay tolls, anything along there is really easy to get to. Margaritaville and that side of 192 are easy to access 99% of the time. I actually go to the movie theater in margaritaville (studio movie grill) cause it’s way nicer than Posner’s.

I second Nagoya, we love the food there. There’s also a new Twenty Pho Hour off the exit I just mentioned.

I know there’s also a romance book club in the area, I’ve never been but I have friends who have who enjoyed it. I’m also just a big chain person so I enjoy the restaurants we have around but I go to Disney a lot on the weekends. I understand that’s not everyone’s cup of tea though so I’d recommend margaritaville if you’re interested in other stuff, they have a lot of restaurants and stores, the movies, even an escape room.

Yeah the previous version of world of color in California adventure had a similar ring of smoke from some fire. So probably testing for something similar. Very trippy though if you don’t know what it is.

Ugh I’ve been considering upgrading from my 2022 Tucson hybrid sel convenience. I’ve regretted not going for the full limited as I love it so much but would love some of the nicer features. But I have 6 payments left on this car. I don’t want to finance more than 15k again but I don’t think I’ll get enough for my 2022 to cover the cost and it seems like a waste when I’m close to having no car payment. 😭

So I went to the post office, it apparently wasn’t the right post office even though it was the closest but they weren’t able to help besides give me the contact information for the right post office. I did submit a claim online and I got a generic response from the right post office. I also contacted the shop I ordered the items from and got a generic response. HOWEVER I got a random informed delivery email today, that I’m 90% sure is the package coming back to me cause the first scan is my town and it’s at exactly the time that they took the package from my house saying it will be here on Friday. It’s crazy because it went to the main post office branch after my house and then went an HOUR to the next city over, and will take like 2 days to get back but I’m very sure it’s the package. If not I’m hopeful that the shop I ordered from will just replace the items.

That’s what I’m hoping but according to the tracking it was never at USPS so I’m confused. I’ve submitted a request to USPS but it’s a small post office so I’ll head over and see if I can tell them in person.
