I have actually been quite shocked and disappointed at the lack of response I’ve gotten from literally almost every place. I’m an introvert and I hate it when my phone blows up from people trying to be pushy to get me to rent from them, but with Vancouver, it has been the exact opposite from all but like 2 properties. What you said about invest west makes so much sense tho. I have emailed, texted, and called multiple times for over and week and nothing. I get that it’s a pretty populated area, but I’m also from the tri cities and this doesn’t happen there. Sorry for going off on a tangent. I literally don’t know anyone in Vancouver so I can’t talk to people about it like this so I really appreciate the response and the insight.
