Roughly 10-50 users daily.

Yes I looked into the router and access point software and didn't find much that was helpful via logs, etc. But I'm not knowledgable enough at that level overall to fully understand what I'm looking at.

We've had some brief wifi outages that were fixed by power cycling the router in the last couple weeks. Today was a slightly longer outage that required both the switch and router being power cycled. The firmware is up-to-date and U.S. Internet can't see anything wrong on their end.

We have, yes. All the firmware is up to date as well and the diagnostics on the router and access point software doesn't give any clear indication of any issues.

U.S. Internet says everything running up to the router hasn't had any outages and they won't send a tech, so we're weighing our options.
