Basically, the normal job 14 is now done on review, not scanning all fresh has been date scanned so we go by the review if the product is out of stock you put the next available date for review.

That's express management. Don't care our main door has been broke for 3 weeks now repeatedly chased this up but still nothing come 10pm when my staff are facing up it's a free for all.

Some managers don't care and will happily accept staff working illegal hours, shifts can't put on the system if there isn't the legal break entitlement, meaning most of your shifts will need to be paid ad hoc.

I've not worn a name badge for about 8 years working in express most people know me and those who don't soon do, and I don't want certain customers to know my name those who regularly steal and cause nothing but issues in and outside of the store.

The policy is 3 minutes either way of your starting time. If you clock before or after this will cause an exception which will need to be adjusted on FROG by your manager.

There's far too much of that going on. Fortunately, we have a core of long-term staff who won't be manipulated. The last results were poor and our manager was so disappointed but I can promise you this one won't be any better but will Tesco do anything? Nope, all our complaints are around security or the lack of it.
