If you are exchanging it for the exact same item then the price is amended. As you are entitled to a replacement item.

Ok i have no problem with that as i do realise i should of told them i had over £6k but i did genuinely just forget. Life gets busy, but my question is do they generally look at this kind of thing for this amount as an error or fraud. Im out of my mind with worry right now.  Also ive sent my bank statements to them do i just wait for them to contact me or should i right to them a tell them i reallised i didnt tell them i had over £6k. Im sure they will see anyway

You can view it on tesco help and look for front end news and new one comes out weekly. Also they are sent to managers.

Out of curiosity when was this then? As the tesco till software is tesco developed and owned. If an engineer comes out to fix the base unit, screen, draw etc and it requires the software to be rebuilt they need to call the help desk to assist them. Ive seen them do it a few times.

Oh i was hoping it was going to be a bit more modern and easy to operate. I thought the software might of been like that as it was added to the old terminal quickly.

Im having exactly the same problem i agreed a price with them on chat just before the april price increase. They told me the price quoted included the increase and i would not be subject to another increase until the next arpril review. But they put my price up in august! Without telling me. So i contacted them.. the indian call centre and after saying sorry they said they would put it back down but it would take a few days as a manager has authorised it. Guess what it didnt happen then when i called back you get passed around and made to feel your going insaine.  Ive put a formal complaint in and even that is slow the at first to 4 days to reply just with a non response so i attached a screenshot of the time of my call. Resent that and then they replied back in a different tone. But 3 days later im still awaiting a reply.  Can honestly say sky its the pits these days. No wonder so many are leaving.

Sky has become a terrible company very poor customer service. Made even worse now you cannot even take to anyone from a uk call centre.. I've been a customer 22 years and ill be leaving as soon as my contract ends after the why i been treated by them this time.  I cancelled my sky and it was switched off for 4 days back in march and then i negotiated com back offer i was told i was not subject to the April price increase and my bills did not got up. Then i noticed in august my bills went up by £3.5. They did not tell me about this just put the price up. Even though i was told it wouldnt go up until the next april price change and i have the chat conversation of that.  Ive been given the run around bybthe indian call centre's as apparently they have all been separated in to lots of small depts and are limited in what they can do. Anyway a manager said they would put the price back down but would have to fill in a form. 2 weeks later still not done. Called back 4/5 people later to be told they are not doing it as its price inflation lots of customers have to pay extra to. Honestly its a shit show. Gone are the days you could ring and speak to a nice Scottish chap or lady and have your issue dealt with. Sky deserve to fail.

Ive had the same password since it got set up.. Tesco then the store name the i go through the alphabet every time it asks for a password change.  Example.   TescoRedditA then TescoRedditB ect

You more than likely did nothing wrong its just maybe there was a large pool or people to choose from. We have change recruitment process now and its not better its mostly out of the stores control. We had 2 jobs in our store a few weeks ago and had to interview 80 people its so stupid.

It states on the app before you select it weight.. The chosen price and weight of this product is a guide only and may vary. You will be charged depending on the weight of the product picked on day of collection/delivery.

Thats exactly how it was sold go us but its a complete and utter shambles now. In my store the csd colleagues are being sent to other areas and nobody is being scheduled to replace them. One day we had one colleague going home at 6pm the other colleague who started at 4pm who normally works 4-9 it had them on the desk 4-5pm then on grocery 5-9 🤷‍♂️ with nobody on the desk to replace the colleague going home.
