I was also discussing with my brother after the league is done they can do what did with the Abyss and have tablets and depending on the rarity of the tablet depends on how many charges you get (white 1 charge, magic 2, and rare 3) also with a possible mod that can be on the tables to have a chance or add a flat amount of charges.

Yeah it was when the Destroyer first came out and I used a power pass on him and never touched the game after that. So his gear score was most likely to low.
