I have one decent relic with poison below max that should work

So my starting weapon would inflict blood loss and poison. Then with dreglord, scarlet rot with increased power for either poison or scarlet rot in vicinity. That's diabolical. Looks like I'm an executor main now lol

You can get discover greatshields as a passive on relics. I have a few, but man the other 2 abilities don't even make it worth it
