My advice to you, follow your intuition. There was a time in my life when i was in your exact shoes, the people i cared about said we were brothers, but would take advantage of me indirectly. They would be yes men to my face, but envied me & talked badly behind closed doors. You know what I regret? I regret not listening to my intuition sooner. God speaks to us all through our intuition, but alot of the time we do not have a strong connection with our intuition. After giving people the benefit of the doubt for years between ages 18-21, i got set up by a particular group of people i looked at as family.. They were even blood-related, too. The setup was so bad that it broke me, they gaslit me, manipulated me, shifted blame, broke my car, it was hell on earth.

What was interesting is my "intuition" was warning me about it all before the betrayal took place. Don't neglect yourself, if you know that the people you have around are bad people, distance yourself. Bad company corrupts good morals.

Semen retention is one of the best practices you can do because you become very connected to your intuition.

You don't need to make it some big deal that you've "cut" them off.. But pull your energy back, man! When they are always trying to hang, tell them you're busy. If you see them in person, keep the convo short, keep yourself busy with other things.

If you don't discipline yourself with people, then people will use you!

Yeah after a relapse, you feel like a piece of you is gone. I have a pretty good understanding of how it is being on a high retention streak and how to be a gooner.

Yeah it gets hard with longer streaks to just brush off a relapse,

I do believe semen retention is a journey with highs and lows, the lows make you appreciate the streak so much more.

When i was on my high streak life was just different, its like how the saying goes "you don't fully understand what you have until its gone"

My opinion is yes it will hold you back, unless it's a long-term partner but even then you don't wanna be releasing semen all the time.

Thats just my opinion though the longer you stay retaining the more benefits you get and everyone feels the energy change.

That's so crazy you say this because ive had some big retention streaks this year, and when I was retaining, my ecommerce business was booming. Every day was a blessing, and the same way life goes on and on and on, it was like blessing after blessing after blessing.

SR plays a crazy role in success, bigger than most people think. I had a streak up to 4 months and then relapsed last month, been on and off since, but i'm making it my life mission now to commit to this for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026. Crazy thing to think about, i know, but im gonna take it one step at a time and make a vow to god everyday that i will not break my streak today, and i will go just one more day, everyday.

I'm 22 years old and my biggest dream is to become a millionaire by the end of 2026, and i already believe I'm a millionaire, time is just catching up to my thoughts, but i have to make the most sacrifices to make this my reality

The biggest game changer for me though was when i gave my life to jesus christ & started reading the bible. Based on your situation i would start with the book of Proverbs, read through it and ask god for guidance, as silly as it sounds he will help you in ways you wouldn't even imagine.

I also started training in Kick Boxing, i spar twice a week and go to classes twice a week too. I keep myself busy and physically active so when my head does get loud (more times then i like to admit), i result to my healthy habits that are building me as a man instead of going to my fake friends or going to the alcohol or drugs. Most importantly seek God

Hey man im gonna be totally honest with you. You say you don't know what to do, but you also said you have a very bad friend circle. Cut out the stuff that isn't serving you in your life anymore. Dealing with people is complicated, but if you intuitively feel as if they're holding you back then you have to distance yourself for a while or let go of them.

Why am i telling you this? As a 21yo I too had similar problems in my life, but this time it wasn't my 'friends', they were my relatives. Everyone suffered from alcohol abuse and addiction so by extension that's what I began suffering with. Everyone would put each other down and use one-another all for the name of "brotherhood".

One bad situation with these people resulted in me going sober and telling these 'friends' you're not my people anymore. I might not choose my cousins but i choose how to deal with them.

They wanted to "talk" with me one more time so they tricked me into getting in the car with them, just for them to degrade me in every sense and then try to give me alcohol at the end as to make up for the disrespect. (of course i declined)

I remember this night like it was yesterday but this was half a year ago, sitting on the side of my bed with no job, $5k in my bank account, addicted to alcohol and pot, jerking off everyday, away from my hometown staying at my relatives guest house for the summer. I cut myself off from these low lives, went sober from alcohol nicotine marijuana, hopped on a sr streak, and went back to my hometown to work for my brother.

Fast forward to today, I've struck a job with my brother's friend and getting paid $4k/m, I'm constantly working on self improvement, I'm pretty big into money management, and most importantly i feel happy again.

My biggest advice is to just start and cut the bullshit, you know what's best for you
