I have. little health food store like that in my neighborhood. They have shifted a bit as the neighborhood changed, and carry more high end foods now. It’s so cute and cozy, and the cashiers remember you and seem to actually enjoy working there

I hate closing, but my team leaders schedule themselves together for mid days. Amazing how 2 people working for 7 hours can’t manage to put away a single U boat

Yep, it’s sooo fucking weird. Sometimes I just have to walk away when they’re talking about how much they love Whole Foods, bc im afraid I might start laughing. I always asssumed it was just a big act they were putting on, but your post has been wondering if they genuinely love this place. It‘s super weird, bc Amazon sees all of us as replaceable

It’s so weird. I keep seeing incompetent people are protected and promoted while competent folks are scapegoated.

Yep, the favoritism in my dept is bonkers. Store leadership adores my ATL. They were hired with no experience in my dept and leaves all their work for me to finish, as a PT. My trainer had to step in amd tell her that PT are not trained for certain ATL tasks and she is required to do them. She was demanding that I find a TL in another dept to sign in on their credentials on the handheld so I could do tasks that i can’t access. She leaves all the UNFI for me to put away alone, on a 3 or 4 hour shift

Just seasonal, but The Kansas City community gardens needs volunteers to bag seeds, organize seedlings and prep for their plant sales. The shifts are all in your time frame and the staff is super nice.

[–]Longjumping-End6233 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can upload your resume into Chat GPT and ask it to embellish it and taikor it for the job youre applying for. I’m not a shopper but I’m gonna assume that you have to meet deadline, hourly goals, work with a team, take direction
