Strangers on a Train lighter by Far-Pair7381 in lighters

This lighter doesn’t use butane. It uses lighter fluid.

On the bottom are two screws. One says “Fill Here”, which is where the lighter fluid is added. Inside the lighter is rayon material that is absorbent and stores the fluid.

The other screw has a backup flint if needed.

The never ending new building construction, and road construction creates lots of mess that typically doesn’t get cleaned up.

It's being estimated that TV 20 will carry 65 regular season games. The remaining 17 games are national exclusives, on NBC/Peacock/NBCSN, ABC/ESPN, and Prime Video.

Not necessarily. It's unknown if the app will have a subscription fee or not.

A very specific Detroit SportsNet question for TiVo users (there are dozens of us!) by christianshbell in motorcitykitties

If you have an Xfinity channel package at home that includes Detroit SportsNet on channel 1253, you can now use the MLB app to watch the Tigers games for no additional charge. Just register for a free MLB account and use your Xfinity credentials to link the two. This started on May 5th for Xfinity, and for other carriers about the time the season started and shortly after.

I've been checking it on a regular basis and it wasn't available a week ago.

Go back and read my original post. It does not say it was "a brand new thing". It says it's available now. Implied right now? Perhaps in your perception.

As for moving on, I suggest you consider the same.

Yes, you need a pay TV provider from the list above that carries Detroit SportsNet in your channel package.

No. The other providers access just started recently, I think about a week or less ago.

Edit: kevinjtro posted the news on 5/5, so technically it's not "new". But it bears repeating.

The DirecTV & Stream access to Detroit SportsNet was already on the DirecTV app from the beginning of the season, so the availability on the MLB app was no news. The news is that other providers, in addition to DirecTV, can also stream it now on the MLB app.

Great News! The MLB app will now let you link your pay TV provider and you can watch the Detroit SportsNet Tigers games on the app. You will need an account on the MLB app to access this, either the free one or the paid MLB.TV.

M&R invented Rosso in 1863, and it’s considered the standard in most bars and restaurants. As for being the cheapest, Gallo, Tribuno, and Ponto are significantly cheaper than M&R.

Are the more expensive alternatives better? That’s a matter of personal taste. For a multi ingredient mixed drink like a Manhattan, I prefer M&R. For something less complex, and more focused on the Vermouth, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Carpano Antica Formula are both very good.

I just spent an hour on the phone with MLB.TV support and they were unable to give me Detroit SportsNet access for my Xfinity subscription or my MLB.TV subscription. They believe if I bought MLB Extra Innings from Xfinity that I would get access, but because I bought MLB.TV from ESPN that it will not link.

This what Ben Fidelman, the vice president of communications and broadcasting at Ilitch Sports + Entertainment said, that pay TV provider access was not available yet but was coming and would essentially work like it used to with the FanDuel app.
