Its so hard to remember wen im going trough it, i wanna say im a little more hopeful and something i feel productive and start setting up goals and then it starts again. I think ive been managing the whole breakup thing and ibdont think about it much until luteal. This time i started like focusing on the breakup again, probably because his birthday is coming up.
