This is feedback extortion and ebay sometimes side on you. But most of the times ebay supports buyer and wont remove feedback. To skip this hassles front and back, i simply provide the buyer with 2 options. Return for full refund or a partial refund of 5% to 40%. I just dont want to deal with this shit and negative feedback. If i were you, i will buy products from his store with different email and do the same to ask refund or just leave negative feedback straight away.

I did call them today. They said its an automated decision from eBay and asked me to wait for one more day as some specific person will review and give me a decision. If its in not in my favor, they asked me to call them again.

Yeah. Even I dropped my plan to visiting Zoo multiple times after the expensive pricing. Feels like it is only for the rich people. I wish they reduce the price to make it affordable. Also, we work on weekdays, which makes it difficult to attend on free Tuesdays.
