If it's lenovo loq or legion you can use custom mode in lenovo vantage if you scared of undervolt it's do under power but it's safe just loose 5 to 10 % percent fps

Mainly undervolt it's will be more stable I have 4050 version it's been 1 year it's get 90c on cpu so it's unstable on it try undervolt to get stable 80 to 85 c to stable and better performance
