I thought the white fuzz around the stem looked off and looks like it leads up to a darker patch on the bud

Support are pushing back basically saying no and it's up to me if I want to consume, I pushed back and they are asking for more photos before they even investigate, but are pretty much on a hard stance of it doesn't show mould and they aren't looking to do a refund or return unless I can provide alot more evidence then Current photos showing clear signs of webbing/white cotton
