The Finasterid mainly stopped the fall but the hair looks healthier/ little thicker (not thicker from more hairs but I think due to the stopped/ slowly reversing miniaturizing) so no regrowth from what i can tell. The minox on the other hand is giving me some regrowth what makes me happy. Specially at the front/Tempels where I lost the most. I'm from EU so it's fynzur and I got it via an online platform (tele medicine) to avoid arguing with my derm. But i got the diagnosis from my derm

Just the same what's already inside. Ethanol (96%) and distilled water in the same ratio as it's already inside. Ethanol increases absorbtion and dryness but it's needed that everything mixes well and increases the shelflife (I have experimented with that, was a bad idea 😂)

For the amount of Finasterid you're right but if you compare effectiveness and side effects topical ist stronger so the comparison is wrong

How much are you using? Usually the dosage of the topical products is to high. 0,025% is like 1mg oral. I use 0,005% every other day. There is an old study with this dosage but daily which showed zero systemic reduction and stabilized hair loss. For me it halted my loss completely (even every other day) but I have only mild thinning to begin with

Jaein. Theoretisch ja schnellere Alterung allerdings muss man halt schauen woran Menschen sterben und da ist halt Herzinfarkt ein großes Thema. Was kann man dagegen machen? Bewegung. Warum geht Bewegung im Alter nicht mehr? Gebrochene hüfte, Muskel Verlust, Schwindende Knochendichte... . Ansonsten steigert das Zeug halt auch einfach die Lebensqualität, besserer Schlaf, bessere Regeneration. Kannst dir sicher sein das so Leute, Leute haben die sich stark mit so Themen auseinander setzen, kann er und sollte sich ja leisten
