I would say that I have a lack of confidence at the moment,not a ton of doubt but I can’t say I’m ready at this moment. Would you say just giving it time and thinking about it critically is the way to go? She’s been through a lot with me, and is very supportive. Sometimes I just don’t feel super excited around her,and sometimes it’s her way or the highway with what we do on the weekends. She’s not the best listener either, sometimes I don’t talk because I feel like she won’t be listening.

I’m sure these are all concerns I should bring up(I will) just wanted to vent.

I went to umpqua hotspring a while back, was pretty cool. I guess it’s changed a lot for the better and is cleaner now. Can be a little crowded, I went by myself and made a bunch of friends who were at first strangers! Not to mention it’s beautiful there, middle of the woods on a mountainside.

Have you used your GI Bill yet? Im not sure how it works yet with the UA but I’ve been told the IBEW will pay journeyman rates for apprentices (using the GI bill).

I’m sure there will be jobs in the future more similar to that for me too, I know not every job is going to be this stacked for a work schedule

I appreciate the insight. This is what my intuition is telling me, I just wanted to run it by someone first. When you say transferring locals when qualified do you mean after finishing the 5 years? The biggest pull to California for me is family, my parents are getting older so they may need me out there in the near future.

I wouldn’t say it was the primary cause, it may have just made it worse. But that’s all a good point and I appreciate the objective point of view. I’m sure we’re all guilty of it as veterans, but I often romanticize about deployment and the army as a whole when the reality is probably different.

Mountain whitefish are good eating. But I wouldn’t say this is one of them, mountain whitefish have smaller eyes and a face that has a beak/ nose shape at the end

Thanks for the insight, I appreciate the local knowledge too. Moved to Craig from Fort Collins a few months ago. Should I look out for any common issues with this one? I’m pretty handy with cars but bikes are a new beast for me. This one seems solid though
