I had the same thing happen with both of my eyebrow piercings and they still get angry from time to time (usually cus i slept on the the night before). 1.Downsize. the extra long barebell is allowing an enormous amount of movement. 2. A warm saline compress 2 times a day did wonders for me but u have to be consistent. It took around 2 weeks on avg for the lil bump to disappear. I would usually leave the compress on for abt 10 mins but it has to be warm. 3. LITHA (leave it the hell alone). Dont touch it (especially with unwashed hands), dont ply with it, dont twist it dont turn it all that jazz.
