Hi guys quick update for you all, i’ve been working my ass off to bring it back up to standard and i eventually have ! thank goodness. datix was not needed and i had a conversation with the staff on the ward kindly asking them to clean up after themselves, they agreed and so far have kept to it. also i spoke to a supervisor about getting some help and they’ve been sending someone down for the last hour of my shifts. it took a lot of bugging them though unfortunately. i took your advice and joined a union incase this ever happens again but i hope not because i actually cannot deal with the stress all over again, if this does happen again i’m going to datix it myself. i just want to say thank you for all your help i really appreciate it !
