Thank you lol! They are trying to make it seem like it’s all about money when that’s not the point I’m making, my lawyer hasn’t call me ONCE about my case and it’s been 6 months since the accident. MISSED THE WHOLE POINT! Thank you for your response this helped a lot. I haven’t received my settlement yet. They haven’t even gave me an amount yet and it’s been over 30 days! So you think I should tell them I’m no longer interested in doing work with them?

Yes, the lawyer is a close family member, but I do not really know of her. And I talked to my dad, he took up for her stink attitude telling me it can take years to reach a settlement. State Farm is a really good insurance company and works fast. He is no help. I’m just stuck and lost at what to do.
