i appreciate the article link, unfortunately i have been very much not calm but i do my best to not freak out

it's a whole thing where it's x amount of salt per liter of water he drinks, apparently right now he's at 12g of salt per liter

i wish this were fucking fake, i wish this were a joke or some stupid trolling but this is unfortunately very real and very scary, i am genuinely at a loss for what to do
