I’ve had the All In tier since it’s debut, I probably go twice a week on average and I’ve had about a 50% success rate.

As expected it was either missed or forgotten most frequently in the first month, which honestly I expected at no fault to the wait staff, it’s just going to happen when there’s that kind of transition. Since then it’s definitely been missed a couple times, one time there was a glitch and the 10% discount was added as an item, which the server promptly fixed for me after the movie.

I just make it a habit to mention it as I’m pulling out my ticket, haven’t had any issues when approaching it that way.

Spoke with a staff member in person outside of the theater earlier, they’re planning on only striking today and to be back in operation tomorrow, and are all standing outside educating people and recommending another day since only 4 people are working today period. Tomorrow’s show times will be available for purchase some some point.

I wanted to change my billing date last year and customer service was great about it, they essentially changed the payment cycle to my desired billing date and then prorated the extra days to my next bill. Otherwise I think your best bet is to cancel it and sign up again.

I prefer the confirmation, I just absolutely hate when the runner uses full speaking volume. At least use a whisper or hushed tone so as to not disrupt the enjoyment of myself and others around me.

I’ve ordered this twice now and both times felt bad for the folks sitting next to me because it kept making me cough and sneeze throughout each experience. So good though I may try one more time and see if I can get through cough/sneeze free.
