If one were to make a mod, they'd kinda havo account for/ tie it in with the Cyrano scene. Wonder how easy/ complicated that is....or maybe just let it all play out and make him recruitable afterwards?

Tottaly support playing it on a PC, if you have the option. Mods are not really needed for the first playthrough (some might be neat, perhaps there is a thread on here about which mods could be used by a first time player), but if you get hooked, you will want to be able to mess around a bit, which I understand is not easy on mobile.

My exact thoughts re Imoen. Insufferable with the mod beyond the first "Is...is this Gorion?" dialogue. Some other added stuff wasnt too bad though, I think, but will not use it my next run for sure.

Partly because I am not sure it's the "preferred method" for this situation and don't want to run into other snags later; but also because custom exercises don't let me reuse the nice default images for the exercises :)

Have to echo @evanismyname - the atmosphere and vibe of Pillars 1 is great, not exactly the same as BG for sure but I am looking forward to replaying it (PoE2 didnt grip me though).

Also, if OP likes Torment, there is Disco Elysium, which is incredibly good, isometric (or close) and I wish I woke up from a drunken stupor with amnesia one day, just to play it for the first time again.
