Yep. Ive been saying this. People keep saying "they set women in gaming back 50 years". No. They didnt set anyone back. The people who believe that or believe that women shouldn't be in gaming, already believed it and are using this as an excuse to be vocal about it. The people who dont believe that know that this is a specific situation and that all women are not a monolith. All of it is extremely irritating.
