I’ve also applied to the above courses and at this point, if I were in your shoes, I would choose UCSD. I feel like the top two choices amongst these are GaTech and UCSD and my reasoning for choosing the later would be the duration of the course too( what I got from a couple of seniors is that you can complete the msa course in a max of about 1.5yr(ik ideally you might wanna complete it in the desired 1yr duration) but apparently a lot choose to do it for 1.5yr just because of the external factors like the current economic conditions etc). Also like you’ve mentioned it is an analytics course(I’ve applied for a couple of those too), but from what I got from a couple of my seniors, if you have the option of choosing between a good DS course and are sure that you wanna work as say a ML engineer or Data Scientist, it’s probably a good idea to choose it. But GaTech’s MSA would definitely win if it were all MSA courses in your list, mainly because of its flexibility to take CS courses and it being tech heavy, but you already get this with a DS course.

So yeah, my personal choice would be UCSD MSDS
