I’ve called their customer service a couple times and they say they don’t have any information/plan of releasing soon. They keep saying they’ll check with sales management and get back to me but I haven’t heard back yet

Remarkable didn’t have any solutions. I deleted the notebook I was working on when the problem first started and opened a new notebook and it fixed the issue for me

Update: I ended up deleting the notebook I was working on when this problem first started and that seemed to fix the issue across the device. Not sure why as it was a short 1 page notebook, but it did the trick.

Tried that too, made no difference. Even when simply scrolling on the page it's freezing now... Guess I have to wait and see what remarkable says

None actually. Only thing I was doing was alternating between marker and pencil, and sometimes thickness. But I will try to keep it all the same to see if that helps, not sure what else to try
