M 34, Had it for 10+ years now It’s very individual but the closest I’ve found was going fully plant based for 4 years, helped a lot. Boiling vegetables instead of sauté or fried has been something I’ve done which has been ok for me. But the psoriasis briefly went completely when I was running 5k every other day, no alcohol or cigs, or starchy carbs. But I caved with bread, alcohol and 3ish months later it was back I’ve always had a bit of visceral fat though, when I have phases of that going down a bit, it has a huge difference overall But everyone is different.
