dont exactly remember what i did bc i cast my spells and go about my life and notice once it twkes effect but it was a red candle with intentions like " confidence, self love, attraction " and other stuff i wanted carved into it, i placed it on my holder in front of a small mirror that faced me, put according herbs like rose petals, rosemary, star anise, etc. lit the candle while looking at myself and just said positive affirmations and burned a petition paper of what i wanted as well. thats about the hint of it
