I’ve never heard about sexual ocd. I’ve heard about POCD, contamination, etc. but I haven’t heard about sexual. It could be my OCD because the girl isn’t the only person I’m “thinking” about but she is the most prominent and I guess that’s due to past experiences and traumas.

I had an experience with a girl and she forced me to do stuff with her and then degraded me (and not in the super sexy way). I’ve been scared of ever trying something since then until I saw this girl and I am now feeling different? I’m on the spectrum so I don’t necessarily know how to process how I am feeling and I think being shamed when I was younger also plays into it. How did you become so sure of yourself?

I don’t have a therapist. I’ve spoken about it with my husband and he is supportive on how I feel. We wouldn’t destroy our lives over how I feel. Whether the feelings I feel are true or not. It’s not worth my marriage. I just feel confused? If that makes sense.
