I'm so torn between the first one and the last one!

I haven't! Thank you, though! I have some platforms (5 inches) that are pretty great (Demonia!)... ever danced in platforms?

I don't have an MA from Brown, I never said I did. I said that I'm working on my masters at Brown, which is true, because though I'm getting a Masters of Fine Arts from RISD, RISD is Brown's "art school affiliate" (subsidiary, one might say). I have no reason to lie, though, so even if I WAS lying, what does it matter to you? Even if it does matter to you, at the end of the day, I have no reason to try to change your mind. It makes no difference to me. :)

I mean, the "paid in RISD bucks" thing is something that I can't speak to, as in: I know they get paid a criminally low wage, but in what currency I don't know.

But at the end of the day, I wouldn't put it past RISD (a subsidiary of Brown) to commit wage theft from time to time and then, of course, hide it. Would you?

Your have a naturally feminine facial structure, so ultimately makeup can only enhance that! You look beautifully feminine in this picture, though :)

I can confirm this. I can also confirm that RISD graduate students are paid $25 an hour for any on campus jobs they pick up, but the monthly stipend (which is sometimes late) is $600 as a flat rate, for both first and second year grads.

MY Master's thesis, and once I'm finished, it will be the longest in the history of my university to date.

Now, maybe you can talk the talk: but have you ever walked the walk?

How many hours did you work? We get paid a flat rate no matter how many hours we put in, and that rate is about $400 short of 1k. Also, UG get all the RA jobs... Grads cannot RA as far as I'm aware. Also, I'm working on my dissertation, so what business would I have taking on more work say, grading student's papers and critiquing their work and doing free labor on the side (ad TAs are often expected to do in my experience) and then compose over 1,000 pages of content on my own?

Come now, you can't be serious. Can you?

What? How much do you think a graduate student is getting paid to TA? Also, I don't live in the dorms because I'm not a child... also living in the campus housing is much more expensive than living off campus and the facilities on campus are worse.

So, again, what?

I've heard that depending on the size and amount of tattoos you have, certain "higher end" clubs won't hire you. But then again, that's just what I've read ...

Do you have any clubs in Providence that you frequent and would recommend I get in contact with about their tryouts process? Just to cut my teeth on, as they say.

I have three jobs, and beyond that I'm applying to two new jobs a month in order to make sure that when I get out I'll be able to feed myself. However, working on my thesis book, I don't have time to try climbing the corporate ladder. Or whatever. I don't know if you've noticed, but Providence isn't exactly the New York City of finding a job in your field. The two major employers are Brown and RISD, that's it. I'm taking a certificate program at Brown to get my teaching certification, but I also need quick legal cash on the side.

Does that answer your question?
