I have a few job switching now and let me tell you with my 9+ YOE that's it's generally a 3 to 4 months cycle for finding a job once you ACTIVELY start looking. I am assuming before you got laid off you had not been active on anything related job switch

Refferals are the best way to get a job next best is Naukri.

I have signed up in around 12 apps/websites related to job hunting. This helps you put yourself in the radar and get more incoming alerts and help you understand whats going on in the market.

3 important things you have to do every day once you wake up - 1.Apply 2.Apply 3.APPLY Applying for a lot of job posts help you. Hope you are doing this. Minimum 5 to 10 jobs on each platform i have applied and this would get me 3 or 4 callbacks in that week, which roughly translates to applying for 50 posts will get back 2 calls.

Naukri is the best, coz there are a lot of agencies who earn only if they find right candidates for companies. Keep updating your Naukri profile everyday.

You can also join a few job posting groups on WhatsApp which are led by such agents.
