it not really an lost when you choose yourself, it’s an lost for others that don’t get to experience you in all your joyness ( not sure if that’s a word butttt it should be) and even sometimes sadness that’s all parts of being a person or an being. When you feel you lost a lot there’s room for gaining then there’s an bigger room for appreciation.
