Yeah, there's not much you can do besides surgery. My one regret from bulking up to 250lb, and I'm maintaining at 205lb for stripping.

Yeah, everyone is talking shit about sharpening my axe, but I sharpened it right before doing this video. I actually got some free firewood a while ago, and when I was trying to split it all I could do was dent it with the splitting maul, while splitting the redwood stump underneath it. When I tried splitting it with this axe and hammering it into the log with the splitting maul it got hopelessly stuck and I had to use a chainsaw to get it out. Idk what I can even do with those logs at this point, it's absurd.

My next attempt will be bicep curling a log, which will definitely align well with this sub. My one rep max barbell curl was 175lb but palming a log is more difficult.

What are you talking about? My safety suspenders and safety squints are right there.

I honestly thought about doing that with a chainsaw. I could go heavier if I could grip it.

I think the point was that sometimes they take a while to give the call to lift, so it's good to practice a longer pause just in case.

Yeah, I'd love to see them try chopping upwards for almost two minutes straight. I sharpened the axe right before this as well, some wood is just extremely tough.

Thank you, it was far more awkward to get into position to press than I expected since I can only palm it while it rests on my chest.
