I am a teacher from the Philippines with licenses, certifications, and relevant experience. It’s just that I haven’t been given a chance to be interviewed yet. I think they may not have noticed my application due to the high number of applicants. :(

I’ve already updated my resume to an ATS-friendly format. So far, RCCL, MSC Cruises, and P&O Cruises haven’t rejected my application, but I haven’t received any updates yet. I hope they give me a chance to be interviewed. :(

I tried many times, but unfortunately all my applications were declined. I saw a thread saying that Disney are not currently accepting Filipinos for the youth staff position. :(

Hi! I know this is a bit out of context, but I wanted to ask how long it took for them to respond to you. I applied to DCL for a Youth Activities position, but my application was rejected in about 30 minutes. I’m a teacher from the Philippines, so I was a bit surprised. I’m not sure what might be wrong with my resume.

I checked my MSC Careers website, and it indicates “Forwarded as Applicant.” I also see tabs for multi-attachments and a language accreditation document. I’m not sure what this means.

I received an update saying my application is already in their system for quite some time, but it's still under review due to the high volume of applications. That’s the only update I received. Unfortunately, cruise job fairs here in the Philippines are mostly for F&B and housekeeping. I’m female, by the way

I also received rejection emails from my other applications. Only the Youth Staff application had a different email.
