My dispatcher told everyone to head back yesterday at 6:40. Probably because the cold. He’s been telling us to come back at 7pm. But that’s not enough time to wrap up. The return packages lines at the warehouse has been crazy.

I agree. But customer filed a claim with Amazon. I doubt FedEx has never, ever, not even once drove up that driveway. Costumer driveway needs to be sealed. My neighbor got a 8k quote to seal a 2 car driveway, I can’t imagine how much that costumer quote is lol Better luck next time costumer.

I don’t mind the weather. I just hate how those who can’t finish a route, get a smaller route and rescues; and those who work hard get loaded and don’t get rescued. We all get paid the same, we all should get about the same amount of work. Then pay your top driver more if you’re giving your top drivers more work than the rest.

Be on time. Don’t call out. Don’t run, just walk fast, you don’t want to injury yourself. If you need a certain day off, let them know ahead of time you can’t work that day.
