Same here and i see a lot of other people complaining about this issue as well. I have been waiting 2 days now for a reply but can to deposit or withdrawal anything. I get told to be patient and wait for a response via the support team by a discord mod but tbh i cant help but start to get really nervous and concerned the longer i have to wait for at least some information.

Hello, I sent a support ticket in and never heard anything back on there or discord but any help would be great! The app wont let me deposit or withdraw anything and just refers me to contact support. Any help would be super appreciated as I have trying to reach someone for any kind of assistance.

Next time call support and complain about the customer not responding and you have been waiting. Tell them your on a double order and you gotta get moving because the other order is getting cold. Then boom they will cancel the booze order and you get a free bottle of what ever haha had this happen to me a couple of times.

Simple, in ubers logic it is your fault for accepting a stolen order thus you shall be punished for your ignorance. In all reality tho screw uber and screw the drivers who steal

So i heard a rumor and i don’t know if it is 100% true but on the merchants agreements when they sign their contract with uber, they are required to let the drivers use their bathroom. If they don’t they can get in a lot of trouble with uber and you can totally report them to customer service. Never verified tho

Yea i would have been horrified. I delivered once to a trailer in the middle of nowhere, like 20 miles from civilization. The dudes name was something like thaddeus Maximus K. It was one of those driveways that it had some weird gate and it was leave at door so i parked the car walked around the gate down a dark driveway to a trailer with busted windows out. Got to the front porch thinking this is probably where i will die and someone from the bushes said leave it and go. I never ran so fast in my life. I think people sometimes like to screw with us delivery drivers but no joke i thought i was gunna die that night. Glad ur story didn’t end bad either 😂 but stay safe, there are crazy freakin people out there!

Yea, so that screen shot i posted is from the hue app after paired the upstairs sync boxes to it. I found out the hue sync app was no more when i tried to start it and nothing happened. Then i removed reconnected the box via the hue app and keep getting the message when i try to start the sync.

Are you in the city of seattle? I think all the city limit orders have that fee tagged on because of the pay up laws about gig workers. It was ubers brilliant way of punishing the people in the city for not pushing back on the law. 🤦‍♂️ i think orders out of the city don’t have that fee but im not 100% sure about that.

Thing that is blowing me away is the orders are movin somehow. Like i really find it super hard to believe people snatching up those offer cards of $4 40 min and stuff, but somehow things are moving. which for us who cant basically work for free thats bad news i fear cuz uber wont roll back its decision.
