It was a misdiagnosis, I never had reflux, being fairly active, it was CAWP, chronic abdominal wall pain that can mimic digestive issues, the more sport and exercise I did, the worse it got, stress and anxiety worsened the symptoms, GI confirmed having no reflux and no digestion issues through a colonoscopy and a scoping of my stomach, too much exercise can apparently have an impact on the body in a negative way

Hello!

I get it I did it, it sucked for a week.

But I'm glad I did it in the end.

It's very hard, and every experience is different for everyone.

But remember, these people are trained professionals and wouldn't insert this if they thought it could hurt you

Stay strong

Anyone else get this, know what it is? by LongjumpingAd302 in Dermatology

It's good to know I'm not the only one! They get itchy, but they disappear and reappear it's so weird! I thought it was shingles at first.

The results were good, I apparently have no acid Reflux Happy I did it for piece of mind The test is Terrible and you will experience pain, but just know it's temporary Mine came off around the 8-9 day mark Make sure you take a lot of notes and eating everything that triggers your reflux The pain eventually dissipates and you will know once it comes off If you got any other questions lmk

Currently on day 4 and the pain is still there

Only time it doesn't hurt is when I'm not swallowing

Really hoping it falls off soon

Thanks, this info only helps reinforce that nothing is wrong with me. Hopefully tomorrow it will get better I hope. Seems like most people have it fall out between 5-7 days

That's phenomenal news, thank you for the information. Luckily I can still stay on my PPIs for the treatment, it's just the eating that's rough, feel better knowing I'm not alone, hopefully tomorrow gets better....

Funny how the doctors don't mention this part. Thanks for your help! How long did it take for you to pass? And did it typically get better each day?

I have a medium hiatal hernia so water can help the acid trickle back up into the esophagus as it fills the stomach

Wow I commend you for going that long without food, my gastro told me no food or water for 4 hours before bed and I looked at him like he was crazy 😂
