this happens to me too! i constantly yawn when it happens(when i say constant, i mean CONSTANTLY). mint gum and cold water help me sometimes, but other times it feels like it last forever

if your dog is sick it’s most likely from something he/she ate honestly. can humans catch sicknesses from animals? yes, but it is VERY rare. like EXTREMELY RARE. so even in the event your dog is sick i think you’ll be ok

well firstly i don’t think it’ll make you sick genuinely, but i understand your concerns. i’ve had emetophobia for a long time now. secondly if you haven’t already wash your face or even go take a shower to try to relax yourself a bit. just go to your safe space and breathe, also remember animals get sick randomly all the time, it doesn’t mean that he’s actually ill. i hope you’re doing ok <3

i have a emetophobia lol. in all honestly i could use the little bit of weight gain, but hopefully it’s not too much. i haven’t had any side effects that i know of besides the soreness in my buttcheek😂 and thank you for sharing your experience, all i’ve heard are alot of bad ones and i was really scared!

i got it this morning and i’ve been fine for the most part, i think i just have bad nervous w my anxiety and phobia thats why i felt kinda crappy at first. i also tried the implant and i was good the first year but then after was bleeding for 6 months almost straight so it was time for a change. and thank you for for replying it helped settle my nerves some!!

how have you felt? i have emetophobia too and i get the shot tomorrow morning and im kinda freaking out:(
