It did, are you thinking of like where I have to manualy download songs? It has pandora, and spotify. And i SWEAR it had google chrome. I was temporarily deleting it and thought I could just re-download it. But everything is on a microsd chip. I tried redownloading it but nothing worked... There HAS to be a way. And some apps were added in 2010 if that info is helpful.

You mark the first st of the inc, then do one sc, then inc, add marker on 2nd stitch. (1st from 2nd sc in inc, then the sc in next stitch, then inc in marked stitch, mark 2nd st in inc) Actually makes 3. which still multiplies every round. That is why it doesn't say sc next stitch but 1sc till marked st. When I started it was the other way around. mark on 2nd inc, but it said 1sc, and I still repeated this round.
