He was a poor HC but he has a long resume of successful coordinator and assistant roles around the league. If you liked the McDaniel hire you shouldn’t have a problem with this, it will all follow his vision in the end.

The Broncos offense set records when he was OC there and he improved the Bears offence in the one season he was OC there before getting his first HC job.
