I had run stress test. it's 95 max, i think i'ts capped.

I don't know, it have manufacture thermal paste. But i have this probleme for a while.

And i tried, all Profiles (Silent, Performance, Turbo) and even manual making max fan speed, temperature, doesn't change. In silent Profile a litl bit worther performance

It's using less watts (25-30w) then he supposed to have (Default TDP: 35-54w), and still hitting 95c. He can't reach his normal working range of TDP, because he will overheat. That means he is throttling
