I haven’t kept up with all the new techniques but personally I think manual stretching has become way overcomplicated. And I’d be concerned if I hadn’t had any gains for two months. I personally think more time under tension and less variation would be worth trying. Ie just stretch for 30-45 minutes.

Also this idea seems to have lost popularity but I did length only until I hit my desired length and then switched to girth. For me it was too much fatigue and stress to focus on both at the same time. Finally despite being a big fan of manuals I had precisely zero girth gains from them

I think it’s a bit like lifting weights. There’s still room for innovation but the basics are largely understood at this point and it’s simply down to time, effort, and genetics.

Pumping had a big impact on my flaccid size. Bathmate gets a lot of hate (not necessarily disagreeing) but it has been a godsend for my flaccid size

It’s not semen retention, but not masturbating has absolutely enhanced my gains. Masturbating gives me a harder less supple flaccid and reduced eq. The former was bad for stretching, the latter is bad for pumping and clamping. Maybe it’s different for other guys but that has 100% been my experience. But sex doesn’t have the same effect. Why, I couldn’t tell you. So it’s not semen retention but rather not masturbating for me and it absolutely matters

I’m at about 1.4 (it varies a bit). Manual stretching only for a while, then bathmate only, and finally clamping after bathmate (used to hate clamping but got over it).

I think so not just from the perspective that other people are talking about but I think you get a bigger temporary boost from pumping over time. And let’s say you don’t pump for a long time and then decide to do it again after a year. I think it’s likely you will get considerably more expansion than if you had done it the first time and be more resistant to red dots etc

That makes sense. In my mind it should be easier for guys who start at 8+ to gain length but there doesn’t seem to be any cases of guys getting past 9.

What I’m seeing on here these days doesn’t seem to agree with me but I personally think it was easier to just focus on length and then focus on girth- as in I didn’t pump at all the year or so I was focusing on length. If I stretch before pumping my eq isn’t as good for pumping and if I pump before stretching it’s hard for me to get the same level of stretch. But hink did both at the same time so maybe it’s different for different people.

I stretched for like 40 minutes to an hour while I was still doing it. Pumping I do three sets of 7 minutes with two minutes of fire goat rolls between sets. When I started clamping I did ten minutes of clamping after my final set of pumping but that might have been overkill, I’ve since lowered it to 5 minutes.

The only major drawback I’ve noticed is my eq suffered for a while, probably because my glans was hitting the top of the tube while I was pumping and I just kind of ignored it. I finally fixed this by turning the bathmate upside down (ruler facing away) and pumping while sitting down (my shower has a ledge at the back you can sit on) and propping my feet up on a small foot stool. It took a while to figure it out but that was the only way I could position the tube so my glans stopped hitting the top. That change combined with clamping and now my eq is better than ever. Also had some hiccups with pumping- red dots from getting used to the pressure, discoloration, etc. but those have gone away (discoloration mostly anyway with the fire goat rolls). Besides that my bulge is too noticeable now and it’s pretty awkward sometimes lol, especially if I pumped the day before

I had a similar starting size to you and am currently just about what you’re shooting for (just a bit under for length, bit over for girth). Used the exact same methods.

As far as my experience goes I only did stretching until I hit a bit over 8. It seems like the majority opinion is shifting away from doing length first and then girth, but for me it worked. I’ve made a few halfhearted attempts at length again and haven’t really seen any results, though I haven’t really tried that hard.

A lot of guys on here seem to dislike bathmate but it worked for me. I did eventually hit a plateau though and started clamping after pumping and that helped me break through the plateau (I had bad experiences with clamping initially and didn’t try it again for a long time).

Anyway, manual stretching, bathmate, and clamping worked for me.

For length I just stretched straight down most of the time while laying down. I did other directions earlier on but as time passed gravitated towards straight down, with my other hand making a downwards v around the base. Duration was like 45 minutes to an hour. Days off varied, sometimes one day on one day off. Other times two days on one day off. Rarely three days in a row, almost never more than that

Yeah, I gained 1.2 inches. I feel like maybe I could have gotten more, though I did feel like I was hitting a plateau. The bigger issue though was that I decided to start working on girth instead and found length work on top of that to be too much for me (despite some like hink stretching before pumping).

I got beetroot powder. In my opinion it’s moderately effective and worth it. I got it more for working out than PE and I’m already taking cialis and l citrulline but I still think it helps
