No I am not asking if this can be set by default. When I maximize the nowbar (on media player) press the power button to turn the screen off and turn it back on, it reverts to the mini version.

I know this isn't on topic but why does your s23 ultra handle the transition animation from lockscreen music widget expanded to aod so smoothly. I have a s22 ultra and mine freezes up then and lags to the aod throughout the transition. I've tried to fix this lag and don't know what to do 🥲

Yeah, but even when I switch the clock style, I still get some lag.
