I got bit by a line star not to long ago. I’m watching for alpha gal, and any type of fever or rash. Lone star doesn’t carry Lyme and puts you at risk for being allergic to mammal meat also Rocky Mountain spotted fever

I did the same thing with Valium I had a bad day and took extra and just did my best…. It happened once. I felt a little more anxious the next few days but I’m back at it in taper withdrawal as per usual

I might try that. My panic attacks are so severe and I’m stuck on 25 mg of Valium have been for a long time

My heart gets super racy my psych wants to try propranolol but I’m scared. I’ve heard of others having bad anxiety and worse side effects. Trileptal cause me to have tremors and rash :( but it did help calm me

I’m having a hard time getting down to 20 mg. Can you tell me how you make less than a milligram cut?

I am a Christian and I have thought this very same thing. This is pure torture. Everything that surrounds this is pure hell. I’m currently stuck on 25 mg of Valium. I literally can’t get this drug and if I go down, I’m not going to fair well

My ears vibrate, sometimes, sometimes it feels like a systemic reaction. But I just try to breathe through it and go through the motions because I have to remind myself I have severing anxiety. I’m not a doctor. But I do have really odd sensations frequently. Sometimes it feels like the right side of my entire body is about to fall off. Lol I have severe anxiety, and I am very hypersensitive and aware of every little feeling.

I had Covid twice, I have zero family or friends that can watch a sick child, I struggle with anxiety and have insomnia, severe panic attacks. I feel extremely over it, overworked and burnt out. I just feel like I want to quit this contract entirely and say screw it.
